What to include
- • The InstantEduMail address involved, in full.
- • What happened, with dates and times where you can.
- • Message headers or a screenshot, if you received email from the address.
- • The provider, platform or account affected.
- • A reply address we can use to follow up.
What we can do
We can suspend an inbox or account, block an address from being created again, and cooperate with providers investigating misuse. We cannot recover money, act on behalf of another platform, or intervene in a dispute between you and a third-party service.
Eligibility misuse
If someone has used an InstantEduMail address to claim a student offer they are not entitled to, tell us and tell the provider. That use breaches our acceptable use policy. An InstantEduMail address never establishes student status — see the offers directory for how verification actually works.
