Editorial Policy
How InstantEduMail writes, reviews and corrects its guides, and how student offers are verified against official provider pages.

Who writes our content
Articles and guides are published under the InstantEduMail Editorial Team. We deliberately do not attach invented personal bylines or fictional author biographies to our content. When an article is written or reviewed by a named contributor with relevant experience, we will credit that person by name and say what they do.
How we review
Every guide is checked against primary sources: RFCs and provider documentation for technical topics, and the provider's own published page for anything about pricing, plans or eligibility. Where a claim depends on a source, we link to it so you can verify it yourself.
What we will not publish
No fabricated statistics, no invented testimonials or reviews, no ratings we did not collect, and no uptime, delivery or usage figures that are not backed by audited production data. Where we have no verified number, we describe the benefit without one.
How student offers are verified
Each listing in the offers directory records the official provider URL, the benefit as the provider words it, the eligibility requirements, the verification method and the date we last checked. Listings older than 90 days are flagged for re-verification. We never process claims ourselves and we never suggest that a temporary address can satisfy a provider's eligibility check.
Corrections
If something here is wrong or out of date, email support@instantedumail.com. We correct factual errors as soon as we can confirm them and update the last-reviewed date on the page. Expired offers can also be flagged directly from any offer card.
Independence
Offers are listed because they are relevant and verifiable, not because a provider asked us to list them. If a listing ever becomes a paid placement, we will label it as such on the listing itself.
